When you joined the program, you agreed to the terms of service. In regards to how referrals work, Community Rewards is an apartment loyalty program that rewards resident experiences. While referring your friends to live at your property is one of many things you can do on the app, you can also pay your rent, post photos and attend your propertys events, etc. We'd love to chat with you directly from the program if you have further questions or need clarification. Again, we apologize for any confusion when you signed up for the program, but will be happy to remove anything off of the website. Thanks!

As a resident I logged in at the promise of some $5 gift certificate. However I did not want to create a user name and PW for another site so I just used my Facebook account. I was unaware that my picture was going to be hi-jacked and used on this website, this is a violate of copy right laws. I am attempting to remove my picture and access to my profile now. I would avoid this website as all they are looking for are referrals. If you want to refer someone go to the office and ask for some money. Using this website if you refer someone you get a $5 gift card, but if you do it in person you get $2,000.

Due to personal reasons, my roommate & I decided to get separate apartments but our lease was not up until April 2020. I went to the leasing office & explained the situation to Carlene (Leasing Manager). She agreed to meet with my roommate & I after hours to accommodate both of our working schedules. We met with her and picked out our new apartments. She was so helpful & made the process of switching apartments so easy. During the process another apartment became available & I asked if I could switch to that one. I received an email within minutes from Carlene stating she had made the changed. I then worked with Jessica to finalize all the details. Within a few weeks I signed my new lease. I am so grateful to Carlene & Jessica for making a stressful situation go so smoothly. I love the community I live in. I have met some new friends who have listened and supported me through this difficult time. I am so excited to move into my new apartment and begin my next adventure!! Community Rewards Program is a great program that not only engages residents at your community, but gives the property a platform to focus on new leads, new qualified traffic and generate a return on your investment! The Community Reviews portion is a great way to showcase your property by allowing current residents advocate how amazing your community is to others. Modern Message support team is knowledgeable on all things social media and use their expertise to continue to grow and reshape how community's utilize social media to capture their audience.
This program has been the biggest game-changer for us in a long time. The ease of which it was rolled out to a 20,000+ bed portfolio was amazing. The group at Modern Message is extremely flexible and eager to help, something that I found very comforting during the roll-out process. I've never seen a program be embraced by an entire portfolio like Community Rewards has. In a month's time, we already saw tremendous results in our review traffic, our website traffic, and community morale. Best move we ever made!
