Would be nice to be able to to track my order once it was placed. I had to call their toll free number to get the tracking information. When item didn't arrive, they said that I would have to address the issue with UPS myself. It wasnt until I contacted the returns department that I was finally granted a replacement at no charge and they overnighted the product. I was very grateful for that but I wish they had been more helpful in the beginning.
