If I could give the smart auto service department and management negative stars I would. My sister purchased a Chevy traverse from them earlier this year. Every month and I mean literally every month since it has been in the shop for a dead battery/ no start issue. Heath has given us the run around and blamed my sister when HE is the one who sold her a car and warrant that he refused to stand by. Today we were informed that they would no longer be warrantying the vehicle for this issue as they claim the only explanation is shes leaving something on its quite obvious that Smart auto doesnt care about their reputation or their customers. After several tow bills and rental cars my sister would have been better off driving the car into a lake. But instead she gave her trust to the folks at smart auto and was made a fool in return. Make this right Heath. You know the issue is more than leaving something on I would hope you arent that naive.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone my girlfriend had when there a couple months ago to buy a car an has had nothing but trouble out of it the shop manager keeps saying there's nothing wrong with it when it's knocking they changed the oil so the knocking went away an came right back then the engine blew a push rod dint recommend this place take yalls money someplace that actually cares

DONT BUY FROM SMART AUTO!!!!!!!! The worst place to buy from I regret going to smart auto they played a real good game till I purchase the vehicle. I drove the vehicle 30 days and started having issues with the vehicle even tho it came with a manufacturer warranty they refuse to help with a rental but still expect a car payment and the vehicle has been broke down for almost 2 months sad customer service
