I tried five-plus times to order from this site (a large order for my team). I called and left a long message asking someone to call me back. I emailed them twice to let them know the above AND that their website is NOT user-friendly and for them to call me so that I could place an order. I've tried to be a customer, but I guess they did not want my business. It is a shame because I wanted to keep the business locally.

Can't even get through to them on the phone!! The phone doesn't even ring. It connects and hangs up! Great way to run a business guys. I had a big order for the up coming holidays too. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
