I needed to show the Buell XB 12 some much needed love over the winter. St. Paul Harley-Davidson seems to have more available parts than anywhere else. I spoke directly with Julian in parts. He was super friendly, provided me great advice and was even able to help me secure a hard to find part. It's currently on hold so I can ship it with the rest of the parts I need. I'd definitely recommend them again!

Absolutely horrible service. I had to schedule an oil change a month out. Dropped my bike off on the day of my appointment right away in the morning. Not a phone call or anything until I called them on Wednesday evening right before they closed. I was informed by the receptionist that my bike hadnt even been worked on yet and was scheduled sometime for Thursday. I was furious and I told him Im coming there to pick up my motorcycle. Which I did. No apologies from anyone not even the manager while four employees were standing around watching me wait for one of the techs to bring my bike around. No courtesy from this company and Ill never go there again. Keep in mind that these text work on commission. He obviously didnt need my business and I hope they dont care about yours.
