Thank you so much for explaining. We apologize for our cruddy doorway - it is super annoying we know! Unfortunately, it's something the landlord would have to fix (a whole new doorway). We realize the aisles are narrow & we're looking at how we can make them wider while still having room for everything. We are more than happy to do whatever we can to accommodate a wheelchair when someone is in the store, so if you ever come back, we can hopefully make your experience better. Have a great day! The reason I am giving this location 3 stars is the door way and the ability for some one with a wheelchair or walker to get around in the store. The items with in the store are GREAT but it is not easy for a person with a wheelchair to get around.

Hi Karen, I'm Josh, one of the owners of Herbivore. I'm sorry you had a bad experience at our store, we try to chat with everybody that comes in, but every once in a while we miss the mark. If you stop by again I'm sure we will do better.

Went in there once about 6 months ago and both of the employees (two women) there had a negative attitude. Never asked if we needed help or anything. Some of the items there are overpriced.
