Hello CD, we appreciate your feedback. we had spoken to you on the phone regarding our no- refund policy before booking your event with us and you had agreed. We are Sorry that you had unexpected changes in your event. Unfortunately, we were not able to offer an alternate service upon your request due to the beauticians did not had the proper equipment and products to do other services that were not scheduled to be performed on the day of your event.

This company is ran like a used car dealership. Beware before you sign up for any services you better make sure nothing happens unexpectedly because they dont care. I get that they dont give refunds but the event was out if my hands. Not even a credit. I even asked to do something else in replacement but unfortunately they didnt have the necessary equipment. A quality company would give a courtesy reminder verbally/text if any changes to the service.

Hello Angela, We provided you with a quote as you requested for a gel polish manicure and gel polish pedicure and you decided not to book the services, By the time you requested the services again the following day we were fully booked. Good luck in finding a mobile service the fits your budget.

Had not had service but called to get a mobile service appointment to my home and asked for the price on pedicure and manicure and by the end of conversation they had sent the invoice for me to book and it was 185.00 mind you that is outrageous for a pedicure and manicure ..... I called her back and canceled the appointment . Then I sent a message the following day asking how much a pedicure was and she told me they dont come out unless you book two services !!!!! I will not be contacting them again . Bad Customer Service Skills without even getting service .

Hello Whitney, we appreciate your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the massages we offer for the three expectant mothers. We tried to accommodate your group as I had talked to you on the phone that we only do Swedish table back massages. We offer to do it in a folding chair against the table with pillows for support, balance and comfort for the ladies that could not do the table back massages and you agreed. I am not sure if you are referring to the massage pressure given to the expectant Mothers. We can do only light to medium pressure. regarding the bracelet that went missing at your AirBnb rental home. We got your call late afternoon about the bracelet being lost. We had the massage therapist look through her bags and blankets and nothing was there. We were working another event at the time you called. We are sorry that you lost your bracelet. We always recommend our clients to put away their belongings in a safe place before starting their services. All our beauticians are license professionals.

Run don't hide from this company. We recently hired them for a bachelorette party and ran it to multiple issues. We had three pregnant gals so one of the masseuses said they would do a chair massage, sounds great right? Wrong....they brought a folding chair to do the massage. Then the another masseuse admitted to being new to the company and all of the girls that had her had the same reaction, that she had no clue how to give a massage and basically rubbed lotion on their backs for an hour. Also, where they gave massages someone had a diamond bracelet that was there when the company got there and not when they left. When I called to ask if maybe they had seen it or it accidentally fell into their towels/bag they were defensive and insisted I had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't prove guilt (which was not my intention and tried to be very nice and polite). You're in Arizona, there are plenty of other companies and spas to go to. Don't waste your time or money here.
