I have been in 1st national bank for 2 years , today i ask for a loan for my first home and Brenda told me they cant help me with a loan because my score is 547 and has to be 660. The house i want worth 38,000$, i got 20,000$ for the downpayment, and i think is more that the half of the value of the property i want to buy. Iam very disappointed with the bank, cant belive they cant help me, iam bringing more than the half of the value of the house. But God is good all the time, HE will open a door in other place.

Ive been with this bank for a few years and I really enjoy the kind, knowledgeable staff and their benefits programs. Its not intimidating.. like my last bank. I think its a very comfortable environment to ask questions and walk in when I need to! They were also very helpful and fast acting when my card got lost, I called and they helped me handle the situation before anything could happen to my money.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. This bank is the least reliable, schemey, and just downright unprofessional bussiness let alone a bank, who you're supposed to trust with your money, Ive ever heard of. Garbage customer service, Garbage policies, and a bare minimum of effort by every emoloyee involved. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER
