Hi Albert. We apologise for your experience with our Artist Series Collaboration series. This was a charity donated project which we extended the time to bring in more funds for the charities selected. I've reviewed our communications and can see that we informed you that this was a pre-order and that we were going to delay printing. In addition, we advised this would be printed DTG. We even asked if this was ok, in which you responded that it was 'absolutely fine'. If we have any indication of issues with our customers, we are more than happy to rectify this. Hello Rob, I have replied to your first Review. I spent a lot of time helping you with your artwork and previews, throughout the COVID lockdown, I was working alone, where we normally have 7 staff. I have offered you a refund and I also had 2 extra DTG prints done on other garments not your own for you. We pride ourselves on good customer service and excellent quality, but this DTG was outsourced and was out of our control. Please reply to my emails with the details to refund you as you were not happy with the DTG prints we outsourced.

Think these other 5* reviews are from his friends. I had an utterly shocking experience using this company. Far better alternatives around with offering a far better service. Company is a complete scam

Hello Rob, as you were aware we outsourced the DTG Printing as we just do Screen print and embroidery here. Unfortunately the DTG company were operating on skeleton staff due to COVID restrictions and things took longer than expected which was out of our control. I have emailed you a few times asking where you want your refund sent as you were not happy with the DTG quality, but you have not replied.

Utter shambles. Charged me 40 for a sample using direct to garment printing, quality was absolutely shocking & took 2 weeks longer than the completion date given by them, had to chase and chase to get a response and a clear finishing date. Terrible service, wouldn't recommend. theres 3 or 4 much better companies to use in Norwich. Stay away!
