Horrible service but excellent food. Never go for a late dinner, the website says they close at 10, made an 845 reservation online earlier that day and they called right away to tell us they actually close at 9, no big deal. But they also called another 2 times before our reservation to remind us that we better be there on time. We got there at 8:30 and didn't get acknowledged for at least 10 minutes even though they made us feel the urgency. They also make you feel like a burden the entire time, the chefs were literally staring anyone left in the dining area down the entire time. Also we brought our own wine ($170 bottle) and the server Zack treated us like we were being cheap from the start. Even asked us to our face if we would be sharing a dinner, even though we ordered beers and other cocktails. Will never go back.

Went last Friday night for dinner. The service sucked. The waiter forgot my drinks for over 30 min. Waited over an hr for my food to be made just ok. Not what I expected when I spent just over $300 somewhere. I'll never go back. This place is trash ill spend my money at a real fine dining experience like Fire birds. Morton's is the biggest waste of money in Pittsburgh.

Very pleasant Food was incredible Drinks were amazing Our first date and choosing this place to eat was worth it The hospitality was very welcoming Everyone saw us walk in and we had nothing but smiles and compliments on us from the staff We actually talked about making this our anniversary stop every year December 5th Thank you Morton's

The food was great but the service was not!! We waited to even get menus when seated. No pepper and waiter NEVER came to check on us once food was served. Had to ask another waiter to bring us our check. I would go back but would NEVER have him again!!!
