Great work, but the turn around was not great. Had to wait twice. Didnt get printed what i wanted, and felt like i was there to make them happy. Customer service was not great, and felt like i was just a number. Art though was on point, and super clean lines. Quality of printing was exceptional, and very high quality, cant deny that. If the customer service was better, it would 5*, but total experience was a 3. Like i mentioned, super high quality printing, but customer service was not great.
I tried and tried and tried to get some shirts printed for softball. They never answered their phone, the voicemail box is full, and they didn't respond to any of my three emails. Last years shirts, some of the printing came off of some of the shirts after a wash. They did redo those shirts for free.
Great family owned company! They did everything they could to make sure we were 100% happy with our order. We will defiantly be doing business with them again.
I've had three experiences with Bergen so far after using a few different suppliers here in Yakima who really seemed to have problems. I ran into a few problems getting our items timely but once they were done, I am pretty pleased with the end result of the product. The printing looks good, we are happy with the artwork, and at least through the first two months, the printing has not fallen off which was the problem I had with the other vendor I used locally. They missed the deadline both times and at least the third time they told me two weeks before my deadline that they couldn't hit it (even though they said they would have been able to hit it the previous month). Really hope they get their act back together.
