I appreciate your feedback. I agree you can go to the SKAR website and products are available for retail purchase. These same products are showing sold out on our dealer portal. Theses are obstacles that we have been dealing with and understand your frustration. I want to let you know that we are in the business to make money and there is no reason for us to refer you to the website directly or online retailers if we can provide the product for a profit. You have a valid concern but your review should be directed to the manufacture they is limiting us from ordering product that is available for retail sale.

Call to see if they have skar audio equipment, the person I speak to on the phone says, the sales rep says skar audio isnt shipping any equipment rn and we have nothing, and I tell him hes wrong go on their website it even says we are experiencing no shipment delays and are fully in stock... even Amazon is flooded with skar audio products... I was just trying to support a local business but I guess skar audio will get my money direct! Dude didnt even care when I told him his sales rep was wrong! What a joke! Oh so basically the owner responds and openly admits they didnt even try to point me in the right direction to get the equipment I wanted because they wouldnt make money from me. which I did buy direct from skar and the great team told me they are experiencing no delays for dealers also! I figured Id ask in case some incompetent manager or owner tried to respond to my review with an excuse.
