If I could give a negative rating I would. They were in no way helpful to my family on this time of need. My brother passed away in January and is just being laid to rest now and the end of February. He was laid out in their chapel and no one was there to help the family with the services. The women opened the door pointed in and said if you need anything let me know. My family came from Massachusetts to lay my brother to rest here in Washington where he has lived most of his life. There was no one to even there to let anyone know if they where in the right place. People came in looking for their loved ones asking us where to feel me who they where looking for. This place on no way shape or form is at all helpful, friendly , kind or caring. I suggest if you are looking for a place look somewhere else. This people here are not at all helpful in any way.

I personally would not recommend this place...I thought the director at the time, Chad, to be kind of cold. He called me to set up services for my father and then said something along the lines of "wow, your father was young"...I dont know why he said that, but that isnt something you say to a person who lost their father unexpectedly that morning. meeting him in person was about the same
