Job was done well but little visibility of costs until a 4400+ bill arrived after one conversation with little clarity before the work was completed. Later reduced by 172 due to a recurring fault. Improvements needed: better, non-technical communication. Confirmation of indicative costings before the billing stage and during the repair to manage expectation. Sharing here just to give a heads up to other potential users to make them aware of the lessons I have learned so hopefully they get a better experience. I shall be going elsewhere in future.

I absolutely love this place! The most professional, caring, lovely and honest guys! They only give the best quality service and repairs. Nothing less! And all of this with an affordable price tag, even considering its a Bentley. I am not one with unlimited budget but I love my B so much and thanks to Prestige services I can afford to keep it! They even remember I lost my button which cant be bought in its own, you need to get the whole front seat panel which is around 600 pounds. By my big surprise, they found one for me and saved until my next visit! Its like visiting friends now, I live quite far away in Sheffield but they always try the best to finish a car on the same day and go the extra mile to meet my needs. Cant recommend this place enough! PRESTIGE SERVICES IS THE BEST Dont know what I would do without them! So lucky to found them With endless gratitude and appreciation Anastasia

I recently had a oxygen sensor, seat airbag pad etc fit on my Bentley arnage T by Prestige Services and the work was carried out with 100% professionalism. The car was cleaned inside and out upon collection. I would highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work. Regards Peter Bolton.
