This place is extremely dishonest. Purchased a vehicle that ran for 4 days and the motor was blown. He did nothing what so ever to work with me or make this right. Now I am forced to pay for a loan on a vehicle that is non drivable.

Hey mike you put a non refundable deposit on the truck you guys wanted. The four wheel drive did stop working two days before your son was coming to get the truck! We took it to get it fixed and let your son know. We rescheduled to meet on his birthday. He couldnt make it on that day and said hed come the next day. He never showed up and called asking if we could drop the price 2k that he had found another truck 2k less than mine. I told him I couldnt do that and he said ok he was going to buy the other truck. Few days later he calls wanting his refund! I told him no that it was non refundable and he went after another truck. I still find it funny you guys made up the lie that the mechanic shop said it need 1500 to fix rear end when they have never said that! They are very honest guys and I called them to ask them if they said it needed this work they said no that they never talked to you guys! I also sold the truck a few weeks later to a grading company here locally that passes by daily constantly pulling skid steers and so forth with that truck from the day they bought it! Never had any rear end issues or anything! Thanks again for your lie of a review!

I placed a 500.00 deposit on a vehicle and the day we were going to pick it up they told me the 4 wheel drive wasnt working and they took it to the shop. We contacted the shop where the truck was and in discussing the truck the rear end was also needing about 1500.00 in repairs. We attempted to negotiate the price less the 1500.00 to fix the truck and they refused. Since that time over two weeks they will not answer the phone or return a phone call. They will not refund the deposit on a vehicle that was not as was portrayed. Vehicle was in need of repair. Buyer beware when dealing with this company. They lack integrity and character.

I absolutely love this place! I had been searching for the perfect truck for my son and started to lose hope. We pulled into Bolts Auto, and there it was! 2013 F-150 King Ranch in immaculate condition with all the features my son wanted. We looked at the truck on a Saturday and drove it home the following Tuesday and my son still believes hes dreaming. They have a great selection of vehicles and the prices are unbeatable, and the people are wonderful, Bo and Mike are kind, helpful, and just the kind of people you want to be around and do business with. I would definitely recommend Bolts Auto to everyone, and my family and I will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you guys so much, you all are a blessing!

I had a great experience with bolts auto sales they were easy to deal with and went above and beyond in every aspect of the deal. I would highly recommend bo and Jeff if youre looking for a fair and quality experience.
