I appreciate the business we did, Im sorry you felt this way but it was well past 30 days and I told you I was going to call you back to see what I can do , I told you I need a chance to look into what was going on, before I even had a chance you left me this bad review. So after that we were done. I will not go out of my way for someone who gets rude with me doesnt even give me an hour to give them a call back and is already leaving me a bad review. I am patient and reasonable but I do have my limits as well. Still I know it was a good vehicle and It was driving well for you it was not anything you need to get nasty about. Contacted dealer after 30 days and he said he cant help me. So basically I have to see why check engine light Came on. Bad custoner service. Everytime I went to see vehicle IT was Turned on so now that is cold engine is making noise

Sir again you had no deposit on the vehicle I never even talk to you on the phone until an hour before you were coming if this car was such a guaranteed purchase for you, you shouldve worked out a deposit ,I was not holding it for you at any point in time. I tried being polite and giving you a heads up that someone else was looking at it I did contact you at 11 AM and you werent supposed to be there till 230 so in my opinion that was a very fair heads up to catch you before you made your trip or were too far into it, I was as professional as possible but to leave me a one star review because you didnt get to buy the car you wanted is ridiculous. No dealer holds a car for someone they've never even met or talk to in person much less that has not left a cash deposit. My advice if theres a car you 100% definitely plan on buying work out a deposit or some kind of an agreement ,we did not have anything like that. but I feel like I did end up doing business with the better customer after the phone calls I got from you and the vulgar vile things you were yelling at the top of your lungs all because of a car being sold just clearly shows the right situation is not doing business with you. With all that being said I still wish you good luck and happy holidays!

If zero stars was an option, that's where I would rate my experience with this company. Was in travel to purchase a vehicle that had been discussed to be purchased for a few days. Had a price locked in and clearly stated to owner that I wasn't driving 3 hours to just look at a car. Had cash in hand ready to purchase vehicle and got a call when 40 min away that car was being looked at by someone else. He said he didn't think he could do anything for me and 20 min later he called and sold car out from underneath me. I do not recommend this dealer in anyway based upon his unprofessionalism when dealing with the situation at hand.
