Poor poor poor management!!! Please save your time to respond with thank you for my time it is obvious a you dont care about the reviews .. rather use that time to manage your property! Pick up trash, clean up the dumpster area and fix the broken ac units that people are waiting on to get fixed for months! Maybe the corporate office should take a closer look at their investment that is so poorly managed!
Notice how all the 5 stars reviews are coming from Hispanics, etc. Yes best believe they take care of they own kind when it comes to maintenance issues. Everyone else has to wait 6 mos to a year when something gets fixed. Oh how Im waiting patiently for this lease to end. With that being said Stay Away from this complex unless you are one of them they will welcome you with open arms!

The staff is amazing! I moved in 2 weeks ago my apartment was so clean and the staff was amazing and informative throughout the whole move in process. I was nervous at first because of the reviews but I am so happy I took a chance and leased here.

No recomiendo este lugar para nada , la encargada se llama Mary ella es un grosera, pedí hablar con ella y le dije que no me tardaría mucho y me dijo que no me podía atender, que no tenía tiempo para eso y que no perdería su tiempo conmigo. hace mas de tres meses reporté muchas cosas que se me han dañado, el ventilador, secadora, grifo del lavaplatos y el dishwasher y no han venido a reparar nada también me queje con los vecinos de arriba ya que hacen mucho escándalo y no respetan a los demás y no hicieron nada al respecto. De verdad que estoy muy decepcionado con este lugar y con las personas que trabajan ahí, el lugar siempre está sucio las empleadas son unas groseras nunca tienen tiempo para hablar con sus clientes, este lugar no sirve para nada y sus empleados no son nada profesionales. Las cosas tardan mucho para que sean reparadas, piscina siempre está sucia, el estacionamiento para visitantes siempre está lleno y la basura siempre está en tirada en el suelo. Este lugar deberían cerrarlo ya que sus empleados hacen ver este lugar así de mal, consigan otros empleados con mejores cualidades.
