I would give zero star if possible. Service was very unreliable. Customer service was horrible. After talking to them many times, nothing changed. Had to switch to another provider but still getting bills for services not received. Stay away from them.

Rubicon was fine until I tried to *upgrade* my service. After 3 months of paying for a larger dumpster, 6 calls, and multiple emails, I still hadn't received the service that I was charged for. I tried reaching out to their leadership team as well with no response. I believe they have also outsourced all of their email and phone customer support recently. As a small business owner, I HATE 1-star reviews so I'm leaving 2-stars because the first few months of service were uneventful.

The 1 star goes to Sales, who went above and beyond to get us situated. Ever since we were transitioned to Support to handle issues, it has been nothing short of a disaster.
