Firstly, thanks for your feedback. Primarily only myself and Junior field phone calls and neither of us can recall this conversation nor would we ever talk to a customer in that manner. Called the shop to get my car electrical checked. The person who answered the phone told me they will check it and if they feel to fix it they would. What kind of business ethic is that. Then they want you to support black owned business. They have changed. Found a better place.

They try to rob you over there....I went there to check if my monitor readiness was ready for inspection but they wanted to charge me $ 30 just to check.....all he needed to do was plug the obdII scanning device into the car...some auto repair shops do it for free but I didnt mind paying upto $10....but this greedy man wanted $30.....so I just walked out and bought an obdII scanner online for less than $30....and it did the job for me and never again will i have to walk into garages to check monitor readiness and face such greedy people who try to rob you for even the simplest fixes which take less than a minute.

I took my car over there first thing he asked was how many people touched my car,its a 2015 car five years old,that was the dumbest question to asked,,his job was to check my car with the bmw computer which he didnt..I guess he was being a hater cause I drive the same car he drive as a shop owner,so unprofessional, worst place to go
