Low quality company, low quality customer service. I'll never be doing business with this place again. Just like the review above, the owner is snarky and rude. He belittles the customer. If you are someone who feels like you should be treated with ZERO RESPECT and EXTREMELY POOR customer service this may be the place for you. I highly suggest using other places as honestly, the guy (WEB) is unprofessional and the quality isn't even great either. I'll repeat myself for your sake, I will never be using this place again.

The owner is rude and snarky. He belittles the customer. He gives inconsistent prices. He will quote you low, then raise the prices without knowing much about what he's quoting. Slow response time.

I found Webb from a simple Google search. I was talking with him and 2 other guys about my new product that I needed packaging for. The other 2 were poor communicators, flakey, and it was clear to me that they didnt care about me, my product, or my business. Webb was the complete opposite. He was fantastic from start to finish, completely on top of it and just the utmost professional. Most importantly, I couldnt be happier with my packaging.

My company was launching a new product and we needed to find a company to help us with packaging. I found LACP and they played an invaluable role in bringing the project to furition. Our packaging needs were complicated. We needed a product box, box insert with small compartments, marketing sleeve and a shipping box. Webb (my contact at LACP) made the whole process seamless and as easy as it could be. He walked us through each step of the process and the final product came out beautiful. It was everything we wanted the packaging to be. It was such a pleasure working with them that when another, similar project came up, I immediatly thought of them and they brought that project to life as well. I've worked with LACP for about 2 years on 2 separate projects and they are our go to company for all of our packaging/ paper goods needs. I couldn't more highly recommend them, you'll be in good hands if work with them.

Hey Webb ! Thanks for wishing me a happy birthday but just wanted to let you know that you're rude & unprofessional. Would have told you this over the phone but you hung up on me. If you're starting a business, do not waste your time calling this place. If you're not an expert on boxes, the owner will talk down on you the second you ask for a more in depth explanation. Called to get a quote on the MOQ for creating boxes for a soft launch pop up event. Talked down on me because of my MOQ but failed to realize I would have made a bigger purchase order after our soft launch event. Webb, if you don't want to deal with customer questions then hire someone else to do it or update your website because it's confusing and outdated. There's no need to belittle someone because they have questions or want confirmation on specifics on what they would be paying for. He continued to make subtle remarks of how I was a waste of his time so I asked him directly if he was insinuating that I was a waste of his time. He replied with yes and hung up lol. I'm hoping you were just having a bad day because there was no need for the unnecessary negative energy. Interesting guy that Webb !
