I bought boots from him and paid for custom insoles and fitting ($1300 total). When I showed up for initial fitting appt no one was there. The people in the ski shop arrested to it said that happens a lot. He finally showed up and did the normal fitting (that any shop does). After skiing the boots I needed one my my toeboxes widened. I called him at least 10 times. He never returned any of my calls. This place is not worth the money. Don't be fooled by the promise of a guaranteed fit. I ended up paying another boot fitter to fix the issue. I had a great experience with the person who owned this place 6 years ago, the guy who owns it now is horrible.

Andrew made a pair of cycling orthotics for me, after I told him my big toe hurt badly. He said contact him with any problems. I experienced worse pain with his orthotics and called him. I left numerous messages and sent several emails without any response. This guy does NOT stand behind his work. I cannot use costly orthotics at all.
