Ordered goods from eBay and driver delivered to the wrong location three days on the trot. After repeated phone calls was promised delivery the next business day and a telephone call from the driver if there was a problem. Neither happened and when I contacted them again was told that my item is now held at their Dagenham depot and they can't confirm when it will be delivered or why their driver is going to the wrong address (which is to a Argos concession in a large Homebase) Absolutely useless and seriously considering reporting to the police as, in reality, I have purchased from a supplier in good faith and DPD refuse to give my good to me. Hopeless

Good most of the time. Recently lot of new drivers with no experience on routes. Lot of the time end up going to wring addresses!

Waited for parcel on Saturday, paid 10 delivery charge and my "local delivery expert" Gurdeep didn't even bother to ring the bell or knock at the door.All family in, nothing but a missed delivery card on the floor.Received my text message with the time slot together with the missed delivery one.Useless company.Useless drivers.They are not couriers.Couldn't find a phone number to complain to.Ridiculous service.
