Would have given it 5 stars if it wasnt for Big Chris and his utter lack of communication. If it wasnt for already putting money down as a deposit to hold the bike I would have ensured we went elsewhere. Everyone else was absolutely amazing. But feel like Big Chris was nothing but a BIG SCAM. Buyers beware.. Id buy from ANYONE except Big Chris.

Did the course this weekend and absolutely Loved it. Had a great experience, never been on a motorcycle before and now I am more than confident in riding. Omar and Mike are great instructors. Highly recommend HD. Plus they have the best prices as well that I noticed. Also get to ride real bikes unlike other reviews I saw online of other companies.

It seems American eagle Harley Davidson is one of the few dealerships up in and around North Texas that still cares about customer service. I bought a road glide from the recently, it was used, and there was some issues with it and they took care of it without even charging me anything. They seem to still try to make it fun to come in there and know how to treat their customers.
Nick, hopefully your ride home was good. From our previous conversations I know how much you enjoy riding your motorcycle. True, I was unable to take your call and I had Jeff our Service Manager reach back out to you. Timely service can be frustrating when we have older bikes and a series of failed parts, that effect downstream parts & components. We stood behind our work and provided you a gas tank at no charge when the tank liner we installed would not adhere to your old tank and could not be removed after multiple time consuming attempts. We also provided you with voltage regulator which had nothing to do with the tank liner, at no charge. In a attempt to improve your experience. I hope everything is now correct with the repairs we made and you enjoy riding your Harley-Davidson for miles to come. Bryan Tynes General Manager

The worst Harley experience of my life. My bike has been in and out of their service department for 4 months. They say its fixed I ride it home next day doesnt stay running. 4 months of this and last night was the last straw. Ive spent over $1000 for them to give me back a bike that doesnt run. Their GM Brian wont return my calls or make it right. I had to argue with the service manager Jeff because he said this $60 part was the last piece to fix the bike. It in fact did not. All I ever wanted was for someone to make this right.
