Where to start my sisters make up was horrible, she had boogers in her nose, the plastic they placed over her clothes so i can do her hair was covered in blood which sent my mom into a panic attack at the site of it. Her mouth was partially opened as well. They still charged my father for her hair when im the one who styled it. The woman that works in the office is very unprofessional and not to mention one of the workers commented on my deceased sisters shape in a inappropriate way i wouldnt send my dog here

I went their for my boyfriend's aunt's funeral, and even though it was nice and warm (it was a few months ago we were there and it was cold out), it could have been better. I have been to other funeral's where they offer water and etc. The bathroom would be hard for someone disabled (barely any room for a wheelchair) to use. I understand its not up to the funeral to supply drinks and etc, but it would have been nice.

When we were picked up from the house, we were not lined up appropriately and cars that were the immediate family were left and since we were from out of town did not know how to get to the church.
