Basically he cleaned my battery terminal and replaced a so call bad positive terminal. He said those cost $400 from the dealer when in fact they cost $40-80. He jump started my battery and was charged $200 for it. If you want to get cheated go ahead and use them.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value It was my first time to deal with mobile mechanic and I was totally satisfied. Early in the morning, I was going to work, and I realized that my car had an issue. My car wasn't started, and I started panicking until I called a friend who referred me to Jeans mobile. They came and fixed my car for less than 2 hours. Thanks again for the great job.

I'm not going to go in the part about them telling me they were going to call me back and NEVER did, I'M upset they quoted me a price of a thousand for parts and labor, but AFTER they performed work on the vehicle and my parts were everywhere, they charged me 1300 foot the LABOR alone PLUS THE 600 I gave them for parts. They got to my car at 10am, they didn't complete the job till 10, 11 that night. My check engine light came BACK on the NEXT DAY, I TOOK IT TO A CERTIFIED BMW MECHANIC, DIDN'T TELL HIM WHAT I HAD DONE TO THE VEHICLE... He put it on the computer... EVERYTHING THEY HAD SUPPOSEDLY FIXED... HEAD GASKET, THERMOSTAT COIL PACKS OIL CHANGE, EVERYTHING came up on the computer EXCEPT coil pack and oil change. I've gotten the run around from them. My radiator reservoir has a crack in it, OR WASN'T CRACKED BEFORE THEY WORKED ON THE VEHICLE AND IT LEAKS FROM HOSE COMING FROM RESERVOIR AND THEY KNEW IT. I KNOW they knew it because they used red silicone to tru to seal the hose and the mechanic showed me where they did it!! I DIDN'T/ DON'T want my money back, I'm even willing to GIVE RHEEM MORE MONEY FOR THE PARTS TO BE REPLACED. I just want then to DO THE JOB I GAVE THEM 1900 DOLLARS.... TO DO!!! Other than that, it was FREEZING and WET out there, when it got dark, there was VERY LITTLE light. So I UNDERSTAND. This guy was on the ground under my car, on an industrial sized shallow metal oven pan. As they were finishing up, I got in the car for 20,30 minutes and was FREEZING so I KNOW they were cold. I just want them to do what they were paid IN FULL WITH NO ARGUMENTS.... AFTER THE QUOTE WAS DIFFERENT...I understood that too. I know what I drive!!! Just do the job you was paid to do!
