Mr. Norwood as we explained to you in length today and last week when you came upset about your jeans. I assure tou they were only cleaned once and we followed manufacture cleaning instructions which was wash in cold water and hang to dry. We spoke about you calling the company and requesting a refund or exchange as this was a product defect. To the best of my knowledge you did notify them and are awaiting a reply. Unfortunately this happens when embellishments are added to clothing after labels are put on clothes. We apologize for your situation which was beyond our control and offered you $45 credit as a good gesture. I assure you we wouldn't be around since 1963 if we ruined peoples clothes.

First time using this unprofessional cleaners. They completely washed the design off of a $250 pair of jeans I wore 3 times. The jeans looked like they been washed 50 times and I had them for years by the time I picked them up a few days later. I will never do business with them again. The only thing they offered me was a credit to mess up more of my clothing
Mrs. Isaac, We are sorry for your experience but I can assure you none of the workers here are rude or dismissive most have been here over 10 years. They were asking questions to figure out what happened not questioning your claim. I am happy to hear your collar was attached back to it rightful place. let me know how your experience was when you pick up your other items.

Dropped my full length winter coat to be cleaned. Picked it up, paid for the item dropped off 2 more items. It took me a day to realize that my coat was missing a fur collar. I brought the coat back in...guy behind the counter looks at me as if Im trying to pull a fast one! Rude, dismissive, and questioning whether Im being truthful! Granted this is the same establishment that lost another coat of mine and sent my raincoat back with the wrong belt, but thats my foolishness for continuing to use them! Meanwhile, they found my fur collar after someone took their feet off the desk and took my complaint seriously. They reattached and I left. Ill keep you posted how my last two items are returned, and that will certainly be my last time using them. I will find a cleaners in Franklin Square in the meantime. Convincing my husband, who spends a fortune there to find another establishment!!!! T. Isaac
