My brand new Fisher & Paykel gas oven is beautiful. My husband and I consider ourselves amateur chefs. We just finished an entire remodel of our home, cannot wait to use this new oven. BUT IT IS LEAKING GAS INTERNALLY, THE FLAMES WILL NOT STAY LIT, THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. No one will help us or provide any service. I have seen a lot in my short adult life, but the absolute lack of care and concern and attention with this problem is possibly the most abhorrent treatment I have ever experienced. I need a phone call and someone to come to my home immediately. I am a pretty patient guy, long fuse. However I have reached my wits end here. Call me, please.

The Fisher & Paykel experience center in NY is absolutely beautiful! F&P has a live kitchen, and the aesthetic is very chic. The in-house chef hosts cooking demos, trainings, Private events and more. The service in the F&P experience center is very warm and welcoming. And, the staff will do there best to answer your questions, not to mention theres always freshly baked cookies made in-house. I recommend buying any of the F&P or DCS appliances (especially the 36 professional - series 9 induction cooktop, and the 30 double wall ovens!). The products in the F&P experience center are absolutely beautiful. If youre interested in buying a Fisher & Paykel appliance - Id like to suggest you - stop by the EC, and check out the products. Or, schedule a live demo with the chef to see how the products work before making a purchase!
Expect to spend one hour on hold with their parts dept. just to purchase and replace the refrigerator water filter.
