I made an appointment with Kyraonhair Suite 116 at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning. Her policy states if you are late you will be charged a $25 dollar fee so I made sure I arrived on time. When I arrived at the suite it was empty and locked. I booked this appointment from her website and did not have a telephone number to contact her. At 10:46 (16minutes after appointment time) I received a text saying hey Im on my way Ive been trying to contact you but my phone was dead I said ok. She told me to wait in the lobby. I asked the stylist her estimated arrival. She said she would only be 15 minutes. I agreed to wait. 30 minutes go by and now we are an hour past my appointment time still no stylist. I requested my deposit back. Very Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
