Kienan, your product was already placed and ordered when you canceled your order and due to production/shipping challenges was held up. We actually took a loss as it had gone to print. We communicated with you throughout this entire process. It was unfortunate that our first encounter was during a pandemic and we didn't meet your expectations. Being a small business this review is upsetting as we work very hard and have many happy clients. Unfortunately the industry is facing many challenges and there wasn't anything we could do to get them faster. Things are improving with supply and suppliers are getting a better handle on communication. Again we apologize for your unfortunate experience. Happy Holidays Kienan

I would exercise caution if placing an order with POW Promos. My product was not delivered, and communication was greatly lacking. I did eventually get a refund back, but it was a painful process. If I were do to business with POW again, I would not want to pay until I had the product in my hand. Leaving two stars instead of one since I eventually got my money back.
