Four visits. Every time, I stood and waited for someone to accidentally discover I was there before I could get any help. Then the service I received as anything but friendly. Acted as if I were a bother. Product turned out nice enough. I was told I'd receive a few ideas from the designer to choose from. Instead I received one design - my design. I won't go back for visit number five. Edit: I noticed a few weeks later that they misspelled a word on my hats. improvEments

They did a great job on t-shirts for our non profit group, and they are more affordable than online places, especially when you consider there is no shipping! They are a little tricky to get to with the one way streets, but worth the effort.

Excellent embroidery work! Nice selection of West Liberty University & WVU clothing, hats, etc.!!! Very friendly staff and helpful. Our son is a student at West Liberty University and is on the Men's Tennis Team. We love that we can buy items and have them customized for tennis. Their prices are reasonable and they have good sales!

I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. After the owner called me a F'ing A-hole to my face for being unhappy about my shirts being over 1 month late, he continued to curse at me. Steroid induced rage from the owner was the worst customer service I have ever seen or have heard of. My $350 order had spelling errors, and the wrong colors. I won't let this go unknown. Reported to the Better Business Bureau.
