Texar use to be one of the best if not the best bank to use. It's more so about numbers. Customer service is rude. Communication is horrible. Funds are held so long it's ridiculous. Fees are added onto your account when clearly you see it's money in your account. Whew, it's really unfortunate to see such a great bank change so drastically.
Customer service representative Kimberley promised me she would call me back, but never called me back after calling and asking about removing some overdraft fees after money had been deposited the same day. The additional charges were never removed. I assume Kimberly had no intentions to help one way or the other. Plus, no one in Paris wants to take their debit card.TEXAR SUCKS.....RUN!!
Run towards any other bank. Used to be a great bank Now we have this. Hello upper management?
