Ugh I have some mixed feelings in this review I absolutely love the aesthetic of the place. it is totally 90s movie tiki bar vibe, different rooms and areas to sit at and even a gift shop. Friendly staff willing to recommend options. Drinks were good and they have huge selection of themed drinks or shots that even get lit on fire. I may go back just to try some other things I couldnt on this visit. However, where they fall flat is dining, or lack there of. Totally missing out on not having at least bar classics and fries to order while having all these fun colorful drinks. They do have chips and salsa which is fine if you like veggies chips or taro root lol would have been loads better to have fries (Ill settle for normal potato chips. ) Gosh this review is getting long I apologize, I just have to mention that they do provide dinner and show every other week and you can purchase those tickets online in advance. But this wont be a casual weeknight or weekend spot because after my first drink I am ready for some food or real appetizers to have along with my fun colorful drinks.

We had a fantastic visit to Hala Kahiki tonight. Our server Kahala was incredible, fun and attentive. Highly recommended!!!

This one was a bit disappointing. I heard of this place many of times so when I had the opportunity to experience it, I took it. Parking is available in the back and side of the building. Exterior and interior are decorated nicely and on point with theme. The gift shop is a nice touch. The A/c was on high - since it was a rainy chilly day I was dressed for fall and I was still cold. The seating is a little cramped. My table was literally next two other tables and could not help overhear thier conservations which limited my own. The menu had A LOT of drink options. I recommend the Pumpkin Pie. Very delicious. Now the food, well...I guess appetizer list? Since they outsource their food, quantity is limited. They ran out of the poke, so I ordered the California Roll (4 pieces). It came in a pick up container- not a plate. Not impressed. Unsnapping the container was a embarrassing. Especially since I was in tight quaters. I looked and felt tacky. We left immediately after finishing the rolls. I just did not feel it. Would I go again? Maybe.
