Good Morning Gordon, I see your review but no pictures of your complaint. I do apologize if you are unhappy with the service we provided. This is an extremely busy time of the year for us so sometimes emails or txt communications get over looked. I would like to get down to the truth of the matter. If we did in fact do a bad job I would like to hold our employees responsible and the opportunity to fix the problem. We have recently hired/ had a new cleaning crew out this year, but this is the first actual complaint I've heard about their quality of work. Again, I would really like the chance to make you a happy customer by either coming and cleaning it myself or refunding your money. Recently posted a negative review for this company. My first attempt to communicate dissatisfaction with their services was never received, I took this as a non response. Responding to my review and after listening to my concerns the owner refunded my payment with apologies for any inconvenience on my behalf. To me this is a company of integrity, because as we all know " things happen", its the people who "make it right" that count. Let me take this time to say sorry to the folks at Holy Smoke for not being more vigilant in my first attempts to contact them, before jumping into a negative review, for that I take fault.
We had Holy Smoke provide tuck point service and the service was great. All important areas were covered and at the end of the job all areas were cleaned. The service and price were a great value and we would recommend them for your tuck point needs.
