Rude and uses questionable practices for inserting Botox (I like to go deep with the needle is how she put it) I have been to several places that are ran by certified medical professionals (she is only an esthetician) who say that the needle should only go right below the skin. Also, noticed that it only worked the first few times. Will never be back and maybe she should learn some basic customer service skills.

Worked with medspas for over 15 years. While this is not a client I have to brag on them. I returned from Florida with a sunburn. Went in for a Hydrafacial (which I already knew as an amazing facial). The team is so friendly, welcoming, and I know my esthetician took extra steps to give me the best possible results. This is an EXCELLENT Spa Conway! And actually worth the drive from Russellville or Little Rock. Oh! My Skin feels normal again and looks great!

I had my very first PRP Microneedling procedure today, Ms Susan Isom was outstanding! She has an amazing knowledge of facial anatomy, structure and its functions, and everything about skin and various products to benefit different aspects of your skin. I got the best facial treatment yesterday from El Clinical Esthetics. I got the Diamond Glow treatment and my skin feels amazing and will only get better over the next three days.
