I had been a patient for over ten years under the previous ownership so I was extremely disappointed at the customer service during my most recent encounter with Eye on Worcester. I called to schedule an appointment on a Friday because I had lost my contact lenses the night before. I was unsuccessful at connecting with anyone, left several messages, and tried booking the appointment online. I did not receive a call back until the following Wednesday. By then I had already gone to HB Eye doctor on West Boylston St and had already received my contact lenses thanks to their excellent and prompt response. I will no longer be a patient at Eyes on Worcester. If you are looking for a good eye doctor, and great customer service, I highly recommend you checking out HB Eye Care.

This was my first visit. Great service and great people. The lady at the front desk had a smile on her face, helpful when I arrived. The doctor was super nice, thorough and answered all my questions. Also had a great selection of glasses to chose from, pretty good prices as well. I don't have the best insurance so I appreciated that. I will definitely be returning with the rest of my family. Thank you

From the moment you entered is a friendly environment. The assistant is great with kids and very patient. Doctor was also great. Girls in front were very friendly and helpful picking out glasses.

Honestly the worst experience Ive had with an eye appointment. When I was waiting to be called they yelled for the next patient to come up but they didnt come out to the waiting room to let the person follow them instead they stayed in their seats. We were very confused as to who they were talking to, the glass is closed off so we can see them so it honestly was really annoying they kept calling us but how were we supposed to know they were talking to us. The whole appointment felt rushed their wasnt anyone else it was It busy at all. They didnt dilate my eyes to check my eyes so I feel that this visit was incomplete. After that we looked at the glasses the lady was very rude and didnt seem to be good with people. It felt rushed and she basically made it very clear we were wasting her time. The staff that work at the desk are truly rude and they dont seem to care. They arent good with people and Seem like they are forced to do so. Im truly disappointed in this place. They need better staff.
