Absolutely awful behaviour from management naming Tina especially. She should never be allowed to work with people, let alone at a Crematorium.

My mothers funeral yesterday. Grounds and set up very nice. However the funeral was spoilt by the nasty horrible woman with lot of eye makeup. Very rude and sarcastic when we tried to set up my mothers photo and generally unpleasant. This person should not be allowed to deal with bereaved public. Let me know what is going to be done about her.

A beautiful crematorium....a very peaceful place to remember those who are no longer with us....many members of my and my husband's family have been cremated here and it has always been a good experience for us....the only negative comment I can give is please please stop people from walking their dogs in here it is not a park and just recently I noticed joggers using it too...this seems totally disrespectful to me....please stop it now!!!! It's a graveyard and crematorium not a recreation ground.

Absolutely Beautiful grounds! My mums funeral took place at the crematorium and its was the best it could have been. The staff in the Crematorium were very helpful and understanding and the lad chapel worker was more than helpful showing me what was what.

My Father's funeral went very well, it was a lovely service, however when it came to collecting his remains the women who work there were very unpleasant. It's a very emotional time and these women were very cold and showed no compassion. Maybe re-train them or better still employ people with a little more compassion
