I walked in and was asking questions about racing schedules and what vehicle classes they raced the gentleman at the counter was boarder line rude and unwelcoming and seemed like he didnt want to be bothered with my qustions about the hobby they dont feel the need to help customers that want to spend money so i will be spending mine elsewhere and unless your one of there friends in there clique i recommend you do too.

Hi David, appreciate the review. We didnt want to spend the money to change out signs when we anticipate moving and having new signs. But, you are right, we should do sometihng about them. Thanks!

Only 4 out of 5 stars because they seriously need to change the name and the sign out front, as drones now appear to be only a tiny portion of their business. Great selection of ground vehicles that I've been missing out on, as the last time I visited it was all about drones. Worth a visit, whether you like drones, planes out vehicles.

This place wouldn't return over 700 dollars worth of equipment that they refused to help with. Staff is not only unfriendly in a pinch but down right chased me out of the store. If you sell a product and it's returnable it shouldn't be an issue. But oh boy was it. I had to come back 2 days in a row for them to return the amount. The store manager wasn't there and the man I spoke with told me to leave with no refund. I almost had to call the cops because I felt unsafe with the men who were responding like 2 year Olds over a product and store that they work at. WHO CARES ITS NOT LIKE I TOOK THE 700 FROM THEIR PERSONAL POCKET. and still. Not even an Apology. So I will continue to periodically leave reviews because this company is trash. Good luck if you need a return.
