The team at Relatu made it so easy for us to live stream our first major pinball tournament. Not only did the posts organically reach more than 6,700 people and generate 650+ engagements online, but we also had multiple patrons tell us in-person that the videos were awesome! This was the first time we hired someone to do professional A/V for an event, and we are so grateful that we did! During the planning phase, the Relatu team was honest, forthright, and professional. We were wrestling with finding a solution to transition our multi-thousand-attendee physical event into a live stream that would represent our brand and content as beautifully as we wanted. Prior to reaching out to Relatu, we felt backed into a corner and that we'd have to settle for Zoom video conferencing. However, after seeing a high quality stream that Relatu produced for another organization using professional-level tools, we knew that was the level of quality we wanted and reached out to them promptly. They were true partners in planning our stream; we could tell they wanted our event to be a success as much as we did, and that they held themselves to high standards. They helped us navigate through the preparation process, and through their highly detailed approach we felt confident that the stream was going to be a success. Their rehearsal process was particularly helpful and they were experts in assisting our remote guests in overcoming technical challenges ahead of time. The result was a successful stream on event day, where Relatu brought our remote guests together (from two continents!) without any drop-outs or technical issues. They also gave us the ability to bring in viewer comments directly into the stream, which was well-received and increased engagement. The stream was simulcast to both Facebook and YouTube in extremely high quality (we received pictures from viewers that they were enjoying it on their big-screen TV's!) and was viewed by over 12,000 people, receiving over 8,000 engagements. The feedback we've received from our audience has been overwhelmingly positive and we've heard stories how much of an impact our stream has had on our viewers' lives; one woman in particular shared how after the prayer portion of our stream she had a deeper peace that she had been missing for years! Its clear that the Relatu Team has a very streamlined process for producing events. Although SENT Ventures has produced our own events before, its always hard to picture every little thing needed. It was so helpful to be able to trust those details to their team and rely on their experience. They kept us on track, and went above and beyond in listening to our requests and customizing the platform to represent our brand. The entire event went smoothly and everyone had a great time the speakers could be themselves backstage and focus on enjoying participating in the event instead of worrying about any tech, and our attendees shared that the networking opportunities were unlike any other! We really enjoyed working with the Relatu Team, and are grateful for how supportive they were of us and our organization. Highly recommend.

We reached out to Relatu because we had never done a live stream before - while familiar with streaming pre-recorded content, we were looking for assistance in producing quality live stream footage. From our first call we appreciated how Matthew and his team took the time to walk us through what they do and the technology they use, and they were able to do so clearly and articulately. Their eye for things from a livestream perspective (like lighting) really helped us improve the quality of our production! Overall they provided us with just the right amount of assistance with our event; not overbearing but still incredibly helpful. They helped us think through the different elements we needed to consider - they came forward to help with decision making when it needed to happen, but still let us develop the production concept. Also their quick response to emails was above and beyond helpful. We will definitely consider working with Relatu again!
