Hi Rachel! Thank you so much for taking the time to publicly communicate your dissatisfaction with your husband's order. We work extremely hard to make sure all of our orders are accurate and timely. The order was hand delivered to you personally, so there was no chasing us down. Due to inventory issues beyond our control and production delays there were some set backs with Mycols order. However I did communicare with him on a regular basis. I did tell him our embroidery production time was slightly longer than our screenprint production which is why he received the apparel first followed by the hats. He was also fully refunded for the hats they were substituted for the style that was out of stock. Please note we did not charge him for art, editing or to create the order form for which he used to sell his branded apparel and hats. Very unprofessional and horrible communication, chasing down someone for an order that was supposed to be delivered the week prior, a courtesy call would have been appreciated only to have the order delivered, half of its missing and the half that did come wasnt even correct! They make decisions with your money without speaking to you first but assume that since a product is on back order that you can substitute it with something that is a much cheaper quality! As a business owner I would never treat a client this way!
