It is very important that I respond to Tanner Jeffryes' lies and insults. I spoke briefly to Mr. Jeffryes on the phone about his case and agreed to meet him to discuss the case further. He advised me on the phone that no other attorney would accept his case and that his current criminal defense attorney that he had for another case was too expensive and would not handle this case. Mr. Jefferys showed up an hour late for his appointment and never apologized for being late. During our conversation Mr. Jeffryes had a very difficult time keeping his train of thought and engaging in the conversation. I spent an hour trying to explain his case to him and how the criminal justice system worked. Mr. Jeffryes was intent on arguing with me on every issue that I was trying to explain to him. I was honest and told him that I did not believe his story and that there were too many inconsistencies in his story. His story made no sense whatsoever. He could not answer very basic questions regarding his story, which had he been telling the truth, he should have been able to answer. Mr. Jeffryes was angry that I did not believe him. I finally told Mr. Jeffryes that I was not the lawyer for him and that I would not accept his case. He was furious that I would not take his case. I never charged him a cent for the consultation and all of the time I spent with him and I even gave him a referral for several attorneys that might be able to help him. His assertion that I am not well respected in this valley is an absolute lie. I will not lower myself to Mr. Jeffryes' level and hurl insults at him - I will leave that for the online trolls. I actually felt bad that Mr. Jeffreys was not happy when he left my office, so I called him the next day to apologize that the meeting do not go well and he still posted this garbage. This should give you an indication of Tanner Jeffryes' character. I would give him ZERO stars as a person.

Kip assured me he would take my case over the phone and then wasted my time by having me come to his office only to tell me how I was argumentative just because I didnt understand the legal system. I should have known as other lawyers in the valley have nothing but bad things to say about him and his extremely poor outcomes. Do not waste your money or trust him to handle your case. He is smug, belittling ego inflated Little man. He truly shocked me with the way he spoke to me and I plan to tell anyone who will listen. Absolutely horrible lawyer whom you should never hire.
