Martin, I would love to know who your vacation rental management company was. Condominiums are each owned by an individual owner who then hires a vacation rental management company to market and rent out their unit to guests. Each rental management company has different standards for the units as far as quality and condition. Spectrum Resorts has the highest standards. If I can find out who you rented through I will most definitely make sure the correct person is notified and that work orders are placed to correct the items listed in this review.

Horrible room. Surely theres a standard set for these unit owners? Looks like someone kicked our door in. Fist size hole in lampshade. Porch screens have huge holes. Lightbulbs burned out. Appliances dont work. May come back but wont ever stay in this room again.

One of the two condos we rented has a slow draining, almost no draining main bedroom tub. The electriconic door access stopped working, the toilet seat was broken. Just disappointing. We have stayed in better maintained condos in Gulfshores for half the price.

Guests do tend to love that we are secluded. Hopefully our dining options, amenities, activities and shops onsite made it to where you didn't feel the need to leave! I will pass along your kind comments to the team members.

They are kinda fat from everything, but bring away from crowds is nice. Service is courteous and prompt.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Part of why guests choose the Beach Club is because it is away from the crowds, but we do have some great food options onsite.

Enjoyed the stay very much! We stayed in tower Bristol and it was very nice. Right in the beach and by some cute shops and food trucks but other than the shops and trucks at the front you do have to travel about 20 minutes to go anywhere else and no one delivers/door dashes out here. The beach and pool were very nice and close by.

Dena, this is very understandable! We have also heard about poor 3rd party rental management experiences. The rental management company definitely can make or break your experience at The Beach Club. We highly recommend using Spectrum Resorts next time. They own all of the amenities so you will get access to everything, plus 10% off all outlets, beach chair rentals, and food and beverage. They are the onsite rental management company. They will take great care of you. I am so sorry for your experience. I can only give a 3 star rating because we visited in October which is evidently an "off" season for them. The food trucks and shop area were all closed. The poolside restaurant was closed. There was one restaurant open "The Coast" but it was by reservation only and was always booked up. We were very disappointed as there was nothing to eat unless we drove 20 minutes to get there. Also, we were not allowed in the indoor pool or clubhouse areas because we did not have an armband. We were told it was because we booked through VRBO but I am still not clear on that. That was never disclosed in our reservations. The clubhouse and indoor pool were advertised like we would have access to them. It was October, the indoor pool would have been nice to use. Nice place but very disappointed in our experience there.
