Whatever you do don't order from their website. They are still shipping illegally which means that your package can be confiscated by authorities and then you lose you money. They are still using USPS even though they aren't supposed to.

More like FLAWFUL Vape! Ordered just over $100 in juices/coils. Received the 10% off coupon 20 mins after ordering. Reached out to their customer service. After 6 emails, they finally responded. Their answer was to simply use the coupon on my next order. This coupon was for FIRST time customers. Another reason why their would NOT be a second order placed, was because I received a partial order. One of my juices didnt show up. They sent me a picture of their worker with the items just before packaging, which doesnt prove anything. All in all, I lost $22, which isnt too bad. I was more upset because of the way they handled my complaint and the number of emails I sent to them before hearing back. Will NOT be placing another order with them. Completely unprofessional!!
