A rep used my saved credit card number without my authorization and apply the funds to another account, now they wont refund my money and want me to provide the account number and PIN number of another customer where they applied my money, which logically I do not have so they can refund me back. Never save your credit card info in your account.

The system is ridiculous. We added a UNI to have e-pass and ez-pass to be able to travel in multiple states. Registration for the UNI is through e-pass. They advertise that it can be used in multiple cars, but you cannot list multiple cars on the account as you can in Sunpass. Every time you move the e-pass UNI from one car to another, you must login and change the vehicle on the website. Totally stupid concept. Then, if you have a Sunpass account also, and pass through a toll station with the e-pass, you will get charged twice - once on your e-pass account and once on your Sunpass account. No where in the UNI and e-pass literature is this stated. It should be so simple to develop a system that will work in any state and allow you to use the transponder in multiple vehicles that you own. It almost seems like they try to make it difficult on users.
