Customer was told that we only carry the 1(b) black hair and the 613 blonde hair. All the other colors she saw online in the pic the hair extensions where colored by one of our stylists. She wanted an auburn/brown color that rarely any hair stores even color. We have a salon and a boutique so I stylists color the hair is custom colors are wanted.

I just moved to the Phoenix area from southern California and I was looking for good quality hair bundles. I was super lucky to come across this place and I am so glad I did!!!!!!! The store has been closed for over a month and we relocated to Dallas, TX. Where we still have a store. It was posted on our business Facebook and Instagram that the store was closed. And yes you can still order online. Check out business Facebook and Instagram for Custom Kreations and you will see if was posted that we were closed permanently on March 30th, 2019.

I started buying here because it was close to work and they usually have what I want in stock, no waiting. I stopped by one day to purchase hair and the store was empty and closed. No notice on their website that the physical store is closed. Not sure if it would be safe to order online so I ordered the hair from Elysium Studios in Scottsdale. I have known Rasheen for over 20 years but Custom was near work and convenient. I will stick with Rasheen from now on. Rasheen is reliable, good prices, and very professional. Response: I do not follow on Facebook or Instagram. I rarely do either one. The business website should at least give some indication about physical locations that are closed. At least it would instill some confidence when purchasing online. Also if it is closed permanently, Google hasn't gotten the message. It currently shows the business open, closing at 7pm.
