The absolute worst hair salon/barber I've ever seen. The customer never comes first at the Mob Shop. I arrived at around 12:35 as a walk in customer only to find the shop unlocked an unattended. I waited ten minutes and called for an employee without any answer. Before I was about leave, another customer came in and told me he had a 1pm appointment. So I waited with him. During that time, the other customer was texting the barber asking him where he was. He told him he was on his way. The customer then told me that the employees choose there own hours and often show up late and unprepared. So we waited. The customer texted the barber again 30 minutes later and told him that I had had been waiting there with him and wanted a hair cut too. The barber then texted him back saying that I wasn't of any concern to him and he didn't care if had been waiting almost an hour. By the time he finally showed up, it was 1:47. NEARLY AN HOUR LATE FOR A PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! The barber was rushed and stressed and told me he was the only one working that day and that he only accepted cuts by appointment and told me to go to another barber shop down the street. Needless to say, I will never be giving them my business again and neither should you! I waited over an hour and was told to leave. It's more than obvious that the customer is comes last at the Mob Shop. Do not support this business!!!! They do not care about you!

This place is a joke, not only did Jeff and the blonde sit there passing me off to one another, but I let Jeff do his damn thing and now I have a receding hairline after 2 years of growing it out. Strongly suggest you get your s*** f***ed up somewhere else. Cant forget to mention that hell charge you out the ass for something the crackhead off the corner could do better.

Made an appointment for 2:30, showed up at 2:26 and no one was there... Waited five minutes and when people finally showed up instead of opening their shop, they lit up ciggarettes, and shooed me away. Definately won't be making an appointment here again, and you shouldn't either.
