Total Trash! 1 Star is too much, but no choice. Have gotten Botox here a couple times. Horrible customer service, employees that are rude, heartless and beyond snobby. Owner (Shawna) and Administrator (Meg Sales) said I couldnt come back due to my Yelp review. I made an appointment on March 4, 2020 for this location successfully. The office called one hour later to say I wasnt welcome back because of a Yelp Review. Well, do you tell all your customers that give bad reviews they arent welcome because they arent a right fit. Went all the way to Washington DC to get a facial at Ivanka Trumps The Spa... WOW- total different experience with no problems, and nice employees for a 5 Star Establishment. Dont make Destination Aesthetics your final destination. There are other businesses in the Sacramento area that are better, and same prices, if not better.
