Had a horrible experience at this store a few weeks ago, loved the store itself, tons of cute clothes and affordable- great sales too. The service was absolutely embarrassing. No customer service whatsoever, two girls behind the counter chatting, which is fine, no big deal. But when approached to ask for a dressing room it was like it was unheard of- very very very rude, blank stare, no response, I was stunned and confused as if I had asked something wrong (at first I thought may be closed because of Covid, but generally just a confusing interaction.) I openly asked if I was missing something based on the interaction and got no response. I tried on two dresses and while I was walking away, saw another dress that I wanted but said "God forbid I ask for another dressing room again." My guest and I both brushed it off and continued shopping. After I tried on two showmeyourmumu dresses (later purchased), my guest wanted to see a size on a Lilly wedge, asked one of the girls if they had her size and she rudely responded and went to look, we waited and waited and she never returned. So we walked back to the counter to see the girl chatting again with no regard to the size search- we asked nicely if they had it again and she replied "oh, no." Obviously very disappointed and once again, confused by the attitude, we paid and left. Did not really want to support the store but like I said, the store was great, just the two employees that day were very very disappointing.

I stood at the counter waiting for an employee for 10 minutes (it was not busy whatsoever). And I had to ask the employee if they worked here and then to come check me out because she just walked around the store ignoring me while I was there.
