amazing shop but discriminatory policy. i have been coming here for years there never was a bag check policy we walk in today walked around for 5 minutes and then store asked us to bag check but everyone came in before us had their bags on.
Although the products are great, the customer service was poor. I went it & loved a product & was willing to buy immediately to come to find out that the product was wrongly priced, I ended up not buying this product but I knew I wanted it. After offering a small discount I felt better about the establishment but I went in a second time to purchase the product , they told me it was sold out - which was fine but then I attempted to order online & online the product was ready to be ordered. I was able to check out & all. I went in to tell them of this & they basically just told me I was SOL on this particular product. I was offered no incentive or motive to come back to a store I really enjoyed due to the quality of product. Otherwise not a great experience & I hope no one else experiences what I did.
Beautiful shop with a great selection of Japanese streetwear and denim. Great customer service, just picked up my first pair of PBJs and couldn't be happier.
Blue in Green has been one of my favorite stores for years with great staff and productsbut my last few visits have been so bad that I cant recommend anyone actually shop here. The new sales associates are surprisingly rude. They used to be people who were both knowledgeable about denim and extra friendly. On my most recent visit, the associate refused to measure both legs for hemming. He told me I could take my jeans [that I was buying from him] somewhere else. He made the entire fitting process very uncomfortable. I was going to buy the jeans in spite of him, because they were great and I really wanted them. At the register, he attempted to charge me a different sales tax. I pointed out that was against the law. I asked if he was the manager and he just went into a weird loop of This is the price. Im not going to get the manager. So I left. Sadly, without the jeans. Probably the weirdest and, perhaps, worst sales experience Ive ever had in a retail store.
