This particular vehicle was one of our service loaner vehicles that was incorrectly priced in our system that we are in the process of revamping and updating. Dear Bala Balakrishna, I must say I am sorry for your alleged lack of face mask by the associate you were speaking with. The CDC Protocols are mandated to be used by all dealership associates without exception. In these regards, the dealership is totally sanitized before it opens. During the day the dealership is sanitized 3 times, with counters and desktops more frequently. Now as you must know, the CDC has stated flat surfaces are not areas of concern to spread the COVID-19. Hand sanitizers are located in every prominent location for clients and associates used throughout the day. Sneeze guards are in place to separate the client from our associates. Masks have been issued to all associates for use with many more masks available. Clients are requested to wear mask. If an associate claims to have a medical situation that they do not disclose under the privacy acts, they do not have to wear a mask full or part time for medical, personal, or other reasons. This is the LAW. Clients can be refused entry if they do not wear a mask or show signs of illness. If an associate is not wearing a mask for non COVID-19 reasons, we ask them to stay home but cannot force them to stay under the law, as it has been explained by our legal advisors. No associate is ever allowed to work with a temperature or any other COVID signs. The next item to protect our associates and clients will be the installation of blue ultraviolet light tubs inside our heating and cooling air ducts. If you find an associate without a mask, please ask for their manager to intervene and replace the associate with one that has a mask. Our dealership strives to achieve every best CDC practice. May we all get through this and return to normal.

They say they are taking COVID seriously and has signs at the doors requiring customers to wear mask. However the employee was not wearing mask and made me very uncomfortable. They must instruct all their employees to wear mask while in front of customer.
