I have been a customer of Positive Phee's since last Summer. I had cleaned out my closet and we were in the midst of the global pandemic, so Goodwill was not accepting donations. I follow Positive Phee on Instagram and noticed that they were taking donations, so I made an appointment to not only donate, but to shop the swap shop. IT WAS AMAZING!! The business model is quite simple: book an appointment, bring items you want to donate to the shop, leave with a bag full of "new to you" thrifted clothing -- all in great condition and amazing brands! Sophie is professional, kind, and a great stylist! My first appointment was virtual because I wasn't comfortable leaving my home at the time. She took the time to send me pics of items that were in my size and I was able to fill my bag so quick! Since then, I've had three in person visits and have refreshed my wardrobe quite often! I tell so many people about her shop because 1. It's a great model to support slow fashion and our environment and 2. The clothes are GREAT! I am one who owns WAY to many clothes, so this was a great way to continue my shopping *ahem* addiction for a fraction of the cost, while also ensuring I'm doing my part for mother nature! I have referred so many people to the Swap Shop and will continue to do so!! It's great to support small businesses, but even more wonderful to support good people, and Sophie is good people :).

One of my best friends and I attended a private shopping experience with Positive Phee! She was friendly, professional, and prioritized our experience by providing excellent hospitality and anticipating our needs. We chatted, drank some hard kombucha, and found wardrobe items which suited our personality and style. All around fabulous experience!!
